We're still working on transitioning our Dev Blog over here to our new website, for example we still need to set up RSS feeds, allow commenting, and all that.  All new Development-related posts (including new Interim Releases) will be posted to here from now on, but in the meantime you can catch up on the old Blogger-hosted Dev Blog.
